The Borgata sportsbook, called the Borgata Race & Sports Book, is located next to the North Entrance of the main gaming floor, directly next to the Poker Room. The second largest hotel-casino in AC, Harrah’s opened for business in 1980. Its luxury hotel accommodations feature almost 2600 rooms, and the entire property has a “Marina Waterfront” theme. The casino portion of the property has 177,000 square feet of gaming space (only Bally’s has more), which is dedicated to almost 140 table games, a 40-table poker room, and 5567 slot machines. Add a robust Harrah’s sportsbook into the mix, and the venue should attract more eager customers than ever before. And that’s exactly what’s happened.

The Harrah’s sportsbook officially opened its doors on August 1, 2018, in line with the sportsbook offered at its sister property, Bally’s (and Wild Wild West). The Harrah’s book is open every day of the week, and though it’s currently only a temporary setup, the betting lounge is already quite nicely appointed, with 32 leather chairs, five huge HDTVs (with more coming soon), and high-top tables around a central bar just off the main casino floor.
